No water: Taps dry for third day
If everything goes according to plan, residents could have water by the end of the day.

After a weekend of little to no water, Rant-en-Dal has now joined the suburbs facing water restrictions due to a burst pipe.
Residents in parts of Krugersdorp North and Munsieville will go a third day without water after a fixed burst pipe burst for the second time. This morning the News learned that Rant-en-Dal is also without water.
Mogale City Municipality Spokesperson Nkosana Zali said on Saturday that the water and sanitation team has been working on fixing a burst pipe near Jan de Klerk High School, which borders the west and north of Krugersdorp, since Friday, 20 November.
The pipe, however, keeps on bursting. According too Zali, a sure sign of aging infrastructure.
Emergency water tankers are still placed at Rant-en-Dal Spar, Munsieville Usave and next to the sports grounds in Munsieville.
The News learned that the Department of Infrastructure is working on the pipe, but when one part is fixed, another part bursts, leaving municipal workers with a big task at hand. According to a Infrastructure Department employee, residents might have water flowing by close of business today.
