Goodbye to a lovely soul
The Mogale City Traffic Department mourns the loss of one of their own.
Members of Mogale City’s Traffic Department said their final goodbyes to a fellow colleague and friend.
Morris Dibetle, known as Big Moss, sadly passed away in a freak car accident while travelling along the R41 between Kagiso and Azaadville in the early hours of 13 March.
He was alone in his private vehicle at the time of the accident when he allegedly lost control.

Dibetle was laid to rest in a semi-military send off in Azaadville Hall and buried at the Kagiso Cemetery.
He was described as a dedicated and hard working traffic officer.
Dibetle, who was born in 1971, served as a traffic officer in the public transport section since 2006.
He leaves behind his wife and three children.
“We only didn’t lose a colleague but also a brother, a friend, a team mate and most of all a lovely soul. May his soul rest in peace, we salute you,” Mogale City Traffic Department spokesperson, Papi Mataung, said.
