Sharing their skills beyond borders
A local business, together with the local municipality, shared their skills and helped make the roads a safer place.
A local business and the municipality took hands to teach their skills to a group of international delegates.
Workshop Electronics, in partnership with Mogale City Local Municipality and its Licensing Department, recently hosted a course to refresh delegates from Namibia’s memory with regards to road safety rules and regulations.
Six of the delegates were selected from test stations in Namibia to participate in an Examiners Refresher Training course.
The test stations in Namibia offer development courses which takes place in local areas where skills training is done.
Workshop Electronics is responsible for 24 of these stations which falls under the Department of License Test Centers (DLTCS) and Vehicle Test Stations (VTS).
The four courses were presented earlier in March where the participants received onsite training at the Mogale City Licensing Department in Delporton.
