[PICS] Setting a precedent for giving

After golfers and guests indulged in the fantastic spread, it was time to hand over some much needed funds to worthy organisations.

It was another evening filled with giving, great food and superb entertainment while participants in the President Hyper Foundation’s annual Charity Golf Day reminisced about their day on the golf course.

On 20 September, 50 teams of four (four ball) took to the golf course as part of President Hyper’s fundraiser for numerous local charities situated in Krugersdorp, Fochville and Vanderbijlpark.

Riaad Moosa, who is not only a qualified doctor but also a renowned South African comedian and actor, had the crowd of golfers rolling with laughter as he joked about current affairs in the country.

After golfers and guests indulged in the fantastic spread that was put together by President Hyper, it was time to hand over some much needed funds to worthy organisations.

During the evening, representatives from the Tower of Life Foundation, the South African Riding for the Disabled Association (Sarda), Phuthulla Primary School, the Grace Foundation and the Vaal University of Technology accepted cheques for their organisations.

The founding father of President Hyper, George Synodinos and his wife Anna, were also present during the evening’s festivities and assisted with the handing over of funds.
