Emergency vehicle and truck take out traffic light

Krugersdorp Traffic Department members were on scene regulating traffic.

A Gauteng Emergency Medical Services vehicle collided with one of the traffic light posts at the intersection of Albertina Sisulu (Main Reef Road) and Chamdor Roads yesterday, 29 March.

The Gauteng EMS vehicle has extensive damage to its front.

Another vehicle, a small truck also crashed into one of the posts.

Help24, West Rand District Fire and Rescue and various other emergency services personnel were dispatched to the scene.

Luckily no injuries were reported.

Mogale City Traffic Department members were on scene regulating traffic and no long delays were reported.
