West Rand police’s cream of the crop

Nominees in 21 categories held their breath in anticipation of finding out who is the best of the best.

On the night of Friday, 30 June the West Rand Police put on their best shoes and tied their best ties to attend the West Rand Annual Prestige Awards at Usambara.

This prestigious occasion was hosted by the West Rand Cluster Commander, Major General Anna Mateisi and was instituted to recognise service excellence in all aspects of the police force.

Nominees in 21 categories held their breath in anticipation of finding out who is the best of the best. However, the runners-up from the individual categories did not go home empty-handed as most of them were awarded with trophies and certificates.
