Faulty lines at Tarlton Police Station made them hard to reach

Luckily the lines have been repaired.

Lieutenant Colonel Tsoaedi, commander of the Tarlton Police Station has apologised to the Tarlton community for their unavailability during the last few days and attributed the problem to faulty telephone lines within the precinct.

Members at the station said they understand how important it is to be easily accessible to the community.

These members knew the fault caused a delay in the process of getting assistance from the station.

The problem has since been resolved by brilliant technicians and police are pleased to announce that the following numbers are functional: 011 952 0000 and 011 952 0012.

Please note these numbers do not replace any police emergency numbers.

“We humbly apologise for any inconvenience caused,” said Tsoaedi.
