Just before 2pm this afternoon (30 July), Browns Jewellers in Cradlestone Mall was hit by armed robbers who allegedly fired three shots.
Reports from the scene indicates that fortunately no one got injured in the armed robbery.
Four armed robbers, two men and two women, approached the store and it is not clear if they left the scene with any goods.
This is the third time the store was targeted by robbers. The store was the target of two heists in 2014 and again in December 2016.
