Water supply interruption
This is because the Kenmare Reservoir is currently operating at half capacity following a reported fault at Rand Water's Kenmare Pump Station.
Mogale City Local Municipality is aware that Noordheuwel, Kenmare, Factoria and Monument are experiencing water-supply interruptions.

As a contingency plan, the municipality had put water tankers at the following places while repairs are carried out:
• Noordheuwel Pick n Pay, corner of Shannon Road and Bell Street
• Kenmare Reservoir on Shannon Road
• Khosa Sports Club on the corner of Shannon Road and Frederick Cooper Drive
City Power technicians are currently on site to restore power supply to the Kenmare Pump Station. It is uncertain when these areas will have their water supply fully restored.
