Eden Estate launch a huge success
These modern upmarket units are situated behind Valley View Retail Centre and saw a total of roughly 150 interested parties on this day.
On Saturday, 23 September interested parties had the opportunity to view the new modern upmarket units situated behind Valley View Retail Centre.
On this day a total of 150 people attended the launch of Eden Estates latest development, Rocklands Estate. Eden Estates is a South African real estate agency selling property in Krugersdorp to buyers and investors in property in town.
According to Marketing Manager, Frikkie Mammes, they started developing the area in mid-January. During the past nine months, developer and director Combrie van der Westhuizen managed to deliver a total of 43 stunning units.
“The launch was a big success and we are proud to say that after the event we were already 85 per cent sold out. There really was a lot of interest shown,” Frikkie explained.
Everyone who attended the event also had the opportunity to enjoy some delightful refreshments together.
Other big developments by Eden Estates include Villa Fontana Complex in Noordheuwel, Chancliff Estate and Berg en Dal Estate among others.
Eden Estates is currently working on the plans for their next development project.
