Unicollege raises thousands for charity
There were 156 participants and a total of R6 240 was raised in aid of the Project.
It was a day of fun, foam and fitness when Unicollege hosted its 4th Annual Fun Run and all the proceeds of the day went to Project Hope.
There were 156 participants and a total of R6 240 was raised in aid of the Project. Betty Nkoana and her team from Project Hope also took part in the event, and all managed to finish in record time. The money raised will help care for orphans and vulnerable children in Munsieville.

The winners of the various categories are:
Overall winner, in a time of 16 minutes and 18 seconds – Michael Sitoe
Female winner – Jacoline Jones
U16 Female winner – Lelani Roodt
U16 Male winner – Conrad Botha

“Despite the cold weather, we had very enthusiastic participants who enjoyed the foam – wonderful enthusiasm and spirit from the Key West Boot Campers who came out en masse for their morning exercise,” said Natalie Franklin, Marketing Manager of the college.
“Awesome Fun Run, Thank you UniCollege,” said Annuschka de Beer, one of the runners.

“Not even the weather could spoil the fun. A very big thank you to everyone who took part in Saturday’s fun run in aid of Project Hope,” said the Unicollege team on their Facebook page.
