Soul artists left crowd begging for more

A Sunday 'chill-out' in true South African style allowed family and friends to bond to the sounds of soulful music.

Multi-award-winning soul artists Amanda Black and Vusi Nova, alongside other artists, made Nooitgedacht the most thrilling place to be on Sunday, 26 November.

The outdoor lifestyle centre (the only of its kind in Gauteng) GOG Lifestyle Park, hosted its first ever #GOGSundays Afro Soul Music Experience. The park ushered in the festive season with a soulful concert that celebrated family, culture and diversity with a stellar line up of musical performances by rising music stars, Aya Zungu and Phelo Bala as well as multi-award winning African-pop headline acts, Amanda Black and Vusi Nova.

“We were thrilled to have these top artists perform in celebration of a season which is so close to the hearts of all South Africans,” said Tim Hogins, CEO and Founder of Hogins Enterprise.

“It was an honour for the park to treat patrons to this expressive and unique show which features some of the country’s favourite artists under one roof,” he concluded.

Featuring an array of Afro-soul artists, tons of activities for kids and adults, GOG Lifestyle Park upheld its legacy of bringing the best entertainment and musical performances suited to the tastes and styles of lovers of the outdoors and music fans in a true multi-cultural, multi-racial South African setting.
