How will you celebrate Boxing Day?

Ways to help you embrace the day after Christmas.

Today is Boxing Day and even though there is no ritual set in stone to celebrate this public holiday, there are still a few options to fully benefit from it.

According to www.metro.co.uk there are several ways to help you embrace the day after Christmas, which include the following:

• Shopping. That’s right – most probably a lot of those Christmas goodies and treats will be on sale. This is also a great opportunity to spend that Christmas cash you received from grandma.

• Just watch TV. Enough said. Just binge watch those seasons you haven’t had the time for during the year.

• Get creative with yesterday’s Christmas dinner left-overs. Test your Master Chef skills by dishing up some ‘renovated’ chicken, potatoes and salads. Anything goes.

• Walk. Take a walk around the block for some fresh air and saying goodbye to the year left behind. It’s a great way to help shift those Christmas pudding pounds.

• Clean up. Christmas is over, so don’t let the decorations outstay their welcome. Rather do it now, before you end up doing it the night before going back to work.

None of the above activities are at all compulsory, so be creative, and do whatever you feel is necessary.
