Lower your tax burden with the SPCA’s help

Help them to help more animals and they will help you with your tax burden.

Did you know that you can lower your tax burden by making a donation to the Roodepoort/ Krugersdorp SPCA?

Let’s make this tax year a good one for the animals and ease the donors’ tax burden simultaneously – all donations qualify for tax relief, provided the donor requests and obtains a Section 18A certificate. This applies to individuals and businesses.

All you have to do is donate before the tax year end, which falls on 28 February, making sure you request and obtain a Section 18A certificate which must be submitted to SARS with your tax return.

The SPCA’s banking details are:

Standard Bank Florida

Branch code 015641

Current account number 021 145 571

Send proof of electronic funds transfer (EFT) deposits to admin@rdptspca.co.za or fax 011 672 2918 and ask for a Section 18A certificate to be issued to you.

Donations may also be made at the SPCA itself during normal opening hours. Again, please make sure to give your contact details and ask for a Section 18A certificate to be sent to you.

The SPCA wishes to send a message of thanks to all its supporters – past, present and future. You are welcome to contact pr@rdptspca.co.za with any further enquiries.
