The cutest Valentine’s Day gift ever

They've only been dating for three months, but he wanted to let her know she's loved.

Natalie van der Merwe was quietly sitting in her Biology class when the strangest creature appeared – he was tall, had black fur, big eyes and … angel wings?

It was Morilla the Love Gorilla! He was carrying balloons, chocolates and love … all the way from Amanzimtoti.

“Can I see Natalie, please ma’am?” Morilla asked the teacher.

“He came up to me, gave me a hug and whispered in my ear: ‘Divan loves you so much’,” said Natalie.

Natalie’s boyfriend, Divan Engelbrecht is doing an internship in Amanzimtoti, and could not make it home for Valentine’s Day, but that did not stop him from expressing his love for his girlfriend.

“I wanted her to know that I’m always thinking of her. That she is the most wonderful thing that ever happened to me and that she does not have to worry because I’m coming back for her,” said Divan.

Although the two have only been together for three months, Divan’s family know that he is crazy about her and helped to put this amazing surprise together.

“My grandmother put together some pictures for her. My brother went to the school to look for her and my father had the wonderful idea of asking Morilla to bring her the message,” said Divan.

Natalie spent the rest of the day smiling, and said she hoped the rest of Krugersdorp had a wonderful Valentine’s Day, just like hers!
