Breaunanda municipal boundary meeting rescheduled

The meeting is set for 28 February at 6pm.

The Municipal Demarcation Board (MDB) has rescheduled the meeting about the municipal boundary split at Tobie Street and Stokroos Avenue. The meeting is now set for 28 February at 6pm, at the NG Kerk, 7 Azalea Avenue.

This follows complaints that the initial meeting on 8 February was scheduled at very short notice, and very few residents were able to attend.

The MDB has advised that the rescheduled meeting is only to be attended by the residents of Tobie Street and Stokroos Avenue, mainly because they are immediately affected by the municipal boundary.
