“Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital would like assistance from the community to identify the unknown male patient who was brought to the hospital by emergency services in January,” said Puseletso Mabidikame, spokesperson for the hospital.

The emergency services workers who brought him to hospital reportedly found him at a Sasol service station on Paardekraal Drive.

“He looked confused and disorientated. He said his name was Mpumelelo Nxenxe. Recently he has been saying he comes from Zola 2 in Soweto.”

Efforts to trace his family and placing him in a suitable environment have failed.

If you know this man or have any information about his family, contact Dr Ugobor on 011 951 6161 or Karabo Kok (social worker) on 011 951 6056.
