Taxi rolls on N14 near Lanseria
16 people were left with moderate injuries.
Sixteen people sustained moderate injuries when a taxi rolled on the N14 West between the R511 (William Nicol Drive) and R512 (Malibongwe Drive) in Lanseria on the night of Wednesday, 9 May.
Ineke van Huyssteen, spokesperson for ER24, said when paramedics arrived on the scene at about 7.30pm, they found a taxi off the roadway.

“The occupants of the taxi were all standing outside the taxi. Upon further assessment, it was found that sixteen people had sustained moderate injuries,” said Van Huyssteen.
ER24, as well as various other medical services, transported the patients to hospital for further medical care.
The exact circumstances of the incident were not yet known to the paramedics.
