Protectors of Mogale stand together and donate to charities

They wanted to give back to the community they so dearly protect.

The Krugersdorp Police gave back to the community they protect so dearly by donating schools bags, soccer balls and lunch to five shelters in the Krugersdorp area.

The charities included Tsholofelo, The Bethany House Trust and the Tower of Life Shelter.

The event was supported by Mogale City’s Mayor, Naga Patrick Lipudi, the Traffic Department, the Community Works Project from Munsieville and various security companies. The recipients were surprised about the visit and happy to receive the gifts from the officials, all dressed in their blue shirts.

The West Rand Cluster Coordinator for Social Crime Prevention, Lieutenant Colonel Mulaudzi, thanked all the participants for such a beautiful event and the contributions made to put smiles on others in the spirit of their icon Nelson Mandela.

They extended a special thanks to Sergeant Tshifularo for organising the event from start to finish with the assistance of Provincial Social Crime Prevention co-coordinators.
