Police pray crime away

The Police have established a new programme that includes God in their system, and called it the Divine Intervention Programme.

Christians in the Krugersdorp community have, for the last few years, been urging people to turn back to God.

That is exactly what the South African Police Service in the greater West Rand did when they came together at the Mogale City Centenary Hall – they came to pray.

Major General Masha, deputy Provincial Commissioner for the Police, attended the prayer day which was held on Thursday, 16 August, and said that fighting crime without God will never work, because the number of crimes is too high.

The Police prayed for the protection of their members. Masha also urged the churches to go out to places where crimes happen and pray against it.

He urged spiritual leaders and churches to go to their nearest police station and find out more about the Divine Intervention Programme.
