Tickets are R50 per person, which includes a beer, cider, wine or soft drink. This is a festival you do not want to miss. Doors open on 14 September at 4pm and on 15 September at 11am. There will be performances by Afrikaans favourites such as Arno Jordaan, Conrad Cronje, Radio Kalahari Orkes and Beeskraal.

Spring Lunch

19 SEPTEMBER — Spring is in the air! To celebrate, the University of the 3rd Age (U3A) West Rand will meet at Random Harvest Nursery in Muldersdrift for a Spring Lunch in the garden. The U3A is a learning co-operative for ‘third agers’. This term was coined to refer to what South Africans tend to call senior citizens or older people from all walks of life who are no longer in full-time employment.
