A business owner and an employee were allegedly confronted by four men as they were closing up their shop in Krugersdorp West at about 5.30pm on Monday, 4 March.
One of the men was armed and demanded money from the business owner at gunpoint.
The 46-year-old man was searched and an undisclosed amount of money was taken from his person. The four men also searched the shop and took a cellphone, a flat screen television and a wedding ring.

The man and his employee were told to go into the store’s cold storage room where they were forced to lie on their stomachs.
The four men fled the scene of the robbery in the business owner’s grey Chevrolet Cruze.
Police reported that no shots were fired and that nobody was injured. They are currently investigating the case and are appealing to the community to come forward with information that could lead to the arrest of the suspects.
