Water supply affected by load-shedding

Residents are advised to make provisions for water to be used when there is enough water supply available.

The Mogale City Local Municipality wants to notify all residents that the ongoing load-shedding has affected the water supply in and around the city.

“Residents should note that the pumps pumping water at our elevated towers use electricity and if the power is off, they cannot operate,” said a statement from the municipality.

As a result of this, some areas will experience low water pressure, or no water at all.
