Minor vehicle crash on R28

According to a statement released by Netcare 911’s, Shawn Herbst, their paramedics responded to a call on the R28 between Luipaardsvlei and Randfontein yesterday (8 April) morning.

The team responded at 7.53am and it is believed that two cars were involved in a collision.

A man and woman were assessed on scene by the paramedics and found to have sustained moderate injuries.

“Once stabilised both patients were transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment,” explained Herbst.
