Festival in the Cradle

4 MAY — The King’s School Vineyard on Bartlett Road just off the N14 in Kromdraai, will be hosting a festival and open day at their premises and invites everyone to come and see what they are all about. The festival kicks off at 8.30am and will be a great fun day filled with activities like a helicopter flight, market stalls with farmers produce, a jumping castle, cake table and much more. Group tour through Koppies

Join in on a guided group tour through Melville Koppies Central.

5 MAY — Join in on a guided group tour through Melville Koppies Central of up to 4km or three hours. Park in the top parking area at Marks Park on Judith Road, Emmarentia, then walk across Judith to the entrance. Tour sets off at 2pm sharp. Costs are R60 for adults and R40 for children – all monies are used to maintain the Koppies. Hikers must be fit with good balance as paths are rocky and steep.
