Three injured as car crashes through wall on Voortrekker Road

Just before 5am on Sunday morning, Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Voortrekker Road in Kenmare.

Shawn Herbst, Netcare’s Media Liaison Officer, said reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle lost control, resulting in the vehicle crashing through a boundary wall.

Medics assessed the scene and found that three patients had sustained moderate injuries.

The patients were treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by various ambulance services to hospital for further treatment.
