Municipal call centres non-operational for the time being

'Due to issues with phone lines, the Mogale City Local Municipality is currently unable to take calls' – communications department.

The Mogale City Local Municipality (MCLM) would like to inform the public that the municipal call centre is currently experiencing problems.

“MCLM is experiencing technical difficulties with its call centre lines due to ICT-related problems,” said Refilwe Mabena of the communications department at MCLM.

The Water and Sanitation Department can be reached via email at watercomplaints@mogalecity.gov.za and through WhatsApp on 083 787 2814.
