Caxton West Rand does it again! Another clean audit report

No errors or inefficiencies were found when conducting the circulation audit at Caxton West Rand – Audit Bureau of Circulations of South Africa

All four newspapers and one magazine at the Caxton West Rand branch again received the thumbs-up from the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC) of South Africa.

This is all thanks to Caxton’s outstanding distribution team.

In a letter addressed to Caxton Publishers & Printers Ltd on 5 November 2020, it was stated that the ABC had performed circulation audits at Caxton West Rand based on the information contained in the Input Forms submitted to the Bureau for the period Q3 July to September 2020 in terms of the Letter of Engagement signed with the ABC.

The Audit Bureau of Circulations of South Africa made the following findings:

We conducted our circulation audit by examining on a test basis, evidence supporting the amounts and disclosures in the Input Forms including all supporting documents submitted.

“No errors or inefficiencies were found when conducting the circulation audit at Caxton West Rand.

A clear audit report is issued in respect of all listed publications:

1. Get It (Joburg West)
2. Randfontein Herald
3. Krugersdorp News
4. Roodepoort Record
5. Roodepoort Northsider

In our opinion, pages one and two of the circulation certificate (which have been initialed by the ABC for identification purposes) meet in all material aspects, the requirements of the ABC Reporting Standards.

“We would like to express our appreciation for the courtesy extended and assistance rendered during the circulation audit.”

At Caxton, we employ humans to generate daily fresh news, not AI intervention. Happy reading!
