‘Take care of your partner and kids’ – Police to men at campaign

Continuing their 16 Days of Activism, the Kromdraai community received a visit from various stakeholders, including the police.

Various stakeholders held a 16 Days of Activism for No Violence against Women and Children Campaign in Heuningklip, Kromdraai recently.

Substance abuse as well women and children abuse were discussed, and men were encouraged to take care of their children and partners.

The parents in attendance were also encouraged to create a safer place for their children and loved ones – a place where their children can relate and tell them when they are being abused.

Lastly the community was encouraged to report any form of abuse as soon as possible.
