She is ready not only to represent her country, but to do great things.
Melody Zondo, Mrs Universe South Africa, recently had a meet and greet, and she shared some news.
She used a gin-tasting at a local coffee shop to do some networking with the community, and to help promote businesses that were affected by Covid-19. So what is this stunning lady’s big news? Well, she will be going to South Korea in November to represent South Africa at the Mrs Universe pageant.
“I am very excited; this is a big responsibility that I am taking to heart,” she said and added that apart from representing millions of South Africans, she also wants to learn how other countries are handling gender-based violence. “I want to find out how we can solve this global problem.”
She is preparing for the event in November by exercising, and has appointed a mind coach for her mental awareness. She is also looking forward to the costume reveal later this year.
“I am just doing a lot of me putting myself out there.”
Melody recently had an interview on Impulse Radio which broadcasts in 54 states in Africa and has more than 1,8 million listeners.
