The Gauteng Provincial Government and Mogale City Local Municipality recently released information about the initial vaccination sites in the West Rand.

Phase 2 of the government’s vaccination roll-out programme was officially launched on Monday, 17 May. Those living in old age homes will not receive an SMS because the vaccines will be brought to them.

It is important to note that vaccination centres are currently not allowing walk-ins.

Among the vaccination sites in Mogale City are Leratong Hospital, Dr Yusuf Dadoo Hospital and Munsieville Care for the Aged. The Randfontein vaccination site is Randgate Clinic, and in the Merafong sub-district those registered will be vaccinated at Carletonville Hospital.
