Strongman Day for Bethany House
The community is invited to join a local gym when they host a Strongman Day for charity.

It all started when Franco van der Westhuizen said he wanted to pull a bakkie for charity, and eventually it turned into a bigger event – a Strongman Day for charity.
On Saturday, 5 June at 10am, Franco and the team will be pulling a double-cab Ford Ranger, doing kettle bell swings, and battle rope swings.
You are invited to join the team from Supreme Being Fitness when they show off not only their physical prowess but also their big hearts, as they will be raising donations for the Bethany House child and youth care centre at the same time.
Izak Groenewald, the owner of Supreme Being Fitness said the event is not only for members but anyone is welcome to come and take part.
And if you just want to stop by and watch the athletes, why not bring some clothes, blankets or food donations along to help the team achieve their donation goals.
