Medicine out of stock? Look in the bush

Kagiso Police recovered a large amount of legal medicines in a bush near the Tudor Shaft informal settlement in Kagiso last week.

The medicines, believed to be destined for or transported from the Mpumalanga province were discovered at about 14:00 on Tuesday, August 24 after members of the community alerted the police. It is not known how the consignment ended up there. Kagiso Police are investigating and are in consultation with the health authorities regarding the matter, explained Kagiso Police spokesperson Captain Solomon Sibiya.
