Leading the youth with his literary ability
Thabo Jama has written a book in which he tells of his own path to success. He wants to help the youth to reach their dreams as well.
When Thabo Jama speaks about his community, you can hear the passion that he has for the youth and the underprivileged.
In the past couple of years Thabo has written a number of books and used the funds raised through selling the books to give back to his community.
In his latest book titled Light to darkness, Thabo speaks about his journey from living on the streets to “… building a path of greatness”.
He encouraged others never to give up and follow their dreams.
But for him this is not just about motivation. For the past few months Thabo has been helping the community out of his own pocket; however, he told the News that it was getting harder for him to help.
He appealed to those in the community who could help to please support his organisation Black 888 to enable him to continue his work. Thabo also wants to empower the underprivileged youth to follow their dreams by giving as many people as possible a copy of his book.
This will provide them with the tools they need to be successful themselves.
