We use to say life’s a river; just go with the flow,
Shows you how little of life did we really know. Life’s actually unfair, cruel and unkind
And happiness isn’t something all of us will find.
People will rather betray their own brother,
Than see the sun shine on one another,
Bible might be God’s words and constitution, But sex and drugs are the devil’s revelation.
So listen to these wise words our elders use to say;
It can help guide us to a new dawn of a different day,
If you want to truly live you should also let live
Don’t take from the earth more than you need
Because we are killing it without greed.
If you love something, set it free,
When it returns, you’ll know it was meant to be.
You are still beautiful, although you are little bigger or little older,
Because beauty is in the eyes of the beholder,
It’s not the clothes, that makes the man, or makes him rich.
lt’s the confidence, with which he wears every stick.
Knowledge is power and can be learned.
But respect can only be earned,
Don’t treat anyone like the dirt under your feet,
Come tomorrow, it might be his help you’ll need.
Remember, an old dog can learn a new trick.
And please, don’t give an already dying dog a kick,
If you pass someone without a home
Invite him in and treat him as your own,
Greet every stranger with a smile,
It might be the only one he’ll see for a while.
Forgive and forget, don’t let hatred and anger grow
For you shall reap what you sow.
Yes two wrongs don’t make a right,
But it doesn’t mean back down from every fight
Because if you’re not going to stand for something,
You are going to fall for anything
Before you beat someone with sticks and stones
Rather use your words it breaks more than bones.
There is only one truth you can trust
And that is; we will all die and return to dust
So remember most of all happiness is a choice made every day.
So, live and love, but don’t forget to play.
