Three housebreakings in two days across Mogale

With every housebreaking, the suspects used a different way to enter the property.

Mapogo A Mathamaga Security responded to three serious incidents of housebreaking in the Krugersdorp area between the period of April 10 and 14. The company responded to four incidents in total during this time.

According to their weekly crime report, they were also called out for a shoplifting incident in Rustenburg Road, Krugersdorp West at 09:32 on April 10. Two suspects entered a shop and grabbed a jacket before fleeing. No arrests were made.

Then on April 12, there were two housebreaking incidents. During the first incident, a vehicle theft also took place. At 13:15 the company was called. The suspects gained entry into the property by jumping over the perimeter palisades. The suspects then forced open the security gate and wooden front door before stealing a PlayStation, jewellery, and KIA Rio. No arrests were made in this matter.

Then later that same day another housebreaking and theft took place in Saner Street in Wentworth Park. This time the suspects lifted the gate to gain entry into the property. They also forced open the security gate and wooden door at the back of the house. They then stole a flat-screen TV, toaster, and air fryer. No arrests were made.

Two days later on April 14 another housebreaking and theft took place at 22:21. The suspects broke out two precast slabs of the perimeter fence before breaking a window to enter the house. They stole a TV and a VCR. No arrests were made.
