Criminals dig hole under electric fence, steal gas bottles

Mapogo A Mathamaga Security’s crime report this past week revealed one serious incident only which involved a case of theft where the suspects dug themselves into a property to steal gas bottles.

The security company’s operations manager Danie Vermeulen explained the incident took place at 07:36 in Beckedan, Tarlton on Saturday, May 20.

“The suspects gained entry to the property by digging a hole under the electric fence surrounding the perimeter. They then went on to steal two gas bottles,” said Vermeulen.
