Residents were left shocked after discovering a body with multiple stab wounds in Luipaard Street, Krugersdorp CBD, early on Sunday morning, November 2.

According to Daniel Vuma, chairperson of the Mogale City Youth Safety Ward Committee, police arrived at the scene and collected evidence for investigation.

An eyewitness, who wished to remain anonymous, claimed the victim was stabbed after being attacked by a group attempting to steal their phones. The witness added that another person was critically injured and is currently in the ICU.
