Eikenhof power station: Water supply severely affected
Reservoir levels in Mogale City are currently at a staggeringly low percentage.
The Eikenhof Substation’s power failure has tremendously impacted the water supply in Mogale City.
In a statement released by Mogale City Water Services, they said although repairs are currently in progress at the substation, reservoir levels in Mogale City continue to drop.
“Water Services urges residents who still have water supply to stay water conscious and restrict water consumption to absolute necessary use as our reservoir levels continue to drop at an alarming rate,” said Mogale City communication officer, Refilwe Mahlangu.
