Power interruptions in Azaadville today
Maintenance at the Azaadville Substation will cause electricity interruptions today, November 14.
Mogale City Local Municipality’s (MCLM) energy services wishes to inform Azaardville residents of the current electricity supply interruption due to maintenance work at Eskom’s Azaardville Substation.
MCLM communications officer Refilwe Mahlangu says the maintenance work is scheduled for today, November 14 and will hopefully be completed by 16:00.
“It is essential to improve the reliability of electricity supply in the area. To avoid damage from electricity surges, residents are advised to treat electrical wiring as live and switch off all appliances during the outage,” she concluded.
