“Mogale City’s appointed contractor, Vodacom, will be conducting audits and replacing prepaid electricity meters with smart prepaid meters,” she said.
The following streets will be affected:
• Barclay
• Bullion
• Catharina
• Francis
• Heading
• Kobie Krige
