Mogale City has announced planned electricity interruptions over the next four days to upgrade smart meters. Residents are urged to grant technicians access to their properties to complete the work.

Azaadville will experience power interruptions for four days following planned maintenance from the municipality and Vodacom.

Mogale City Local Municipality’s communications officer Refilwe Mahlangu, said it will take place daily from 08:00 to 16:00 between September 4 and 7.

Vodacom will conduct audits, as well as replace prepaid electricity meters with smart prepaid meters.
