Technical glitch delays Mogale payment reflection

A technical issue caused October 1 payments to temporarily disappear from the Mogale City Municipality’s system.

Some residents’ recent municipal account statements, which were paid on October 1, do not reflect the payment.

Mogale City Local Municipality’s Billing Management has been informed, and communications officer Refilwe Mahlangu said this occurred after a technical issue prevented all payments from being downloaded into their financial system.

“We are working with the system service provider to resolve the matter,” she concluded.
