Black Friday boost: Pay your Mogale account and wipe out interest

Residents who settle their municipal accounts between November 25 and December 24 can have all accumulated interest scrapped, MCLM confirms.

Mogale City Local Municipality is offering residents a special Black Friday incentive this year.

According to the municipality’s assistant manager for media and PR, Refilwe Mahlangu, any resident who pays their municipal account in full between November 25 and December 24 will have all accumulated interest removed.

She explained the offer with an example: If your account balance is R3 500 and you have R420 in accumulated interest, the R420 will be cancelled if the R3 500 is paid during this period.
