Retirement home to host free dementia seminar for all
The Panorama Retirement Estates will be hosting two free dementia seminars and everyone is invited.

The seminars will be from 08:30 for 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturday, May 27, and Saturday, June 3. They will be taking place in the Protea hall at the corner of Robert Broom Drive and Swanevelder Street in Rangeview.
On Saturday, May 27, Loraine Schirlinger will be discussing understanding dementia, while Ron Pretorius will be talking about the legal and financial implications for persons living with dementia and their families.
Then on Saturday, June 3, Schirlinger will once again be a speaker and will discuss the changes in behaviour associated with dementia. Hermien Billet will be talking about support for spouses, families, and carers. Lastly, Dr Rini Prinsloo will discuss the psychological impact and guidance.
