Resident Marie Bornmann missing for six weeks

Marie Bornmann’s family is desperately searching for her after she has been missing for over six weeks.

Vanessa Kolver told the Krugersdorp News that the 73-year-old was living with a man at The Haven Mission, in Lindhaven. Her brother tried to check in with her a few weeks ago and was told that she has been missing since May.

The family has opened a case with the Newlands Police, but it is believed that Marie could be anywhere in the West Rand.

Her family asks that if anyone has any information about her whereabouts that they phone Vanessa on 076 515 4000.

“Please do not approach her directly as they are afraid she will run again.”
