N14 truck crash: Motorist and dog reportedly injured
BCI Security confirms a man and his dog were injured in Wednesday's serious crash in Muldersdrift.
A man and his dog were injured following Wednesday’s serious crash involving a truck and light motor vehicle on the N14 in Muldersdrift.
The incident occurred at about 08:45 near a wedding venue and weighbridge. The truck also went crashing into a premises. Damage to the premises, the truck and the vehicle were quite extensive, and many objects were strewn across the road. Motorists were advised to make use of alternative routes.

Emergency and security services responding to the scene included BCI Security, Netcare 911, GPG and Mogale City Response Services.
BCI Security operations manager Lionel Gafney confirmed to the Krugersdorp News that a Jaws of Life tool had to be used to free one patient – a male driver of the light motor vehicle. His dog, which was travelling with him at the time, was also rushed to a private vet.
