Rock away at Silverstar Barnyard for charity
If you want to spend a rocking day with the family, why not join the Barnyard Theatre at Silverstar and help out the West Rand Disability Association?
If you are a lover of classic rock music and want to help an organisation with much-needed funds, why not bring your family and enjoy an afternoon at the Silverstar Barnyard Theatre on August 20?
The show, performed by an international group, includes classic songs from the likes of ACDC, Shania Twain, Bruce Springsteen, and more. It starts at 14:00.
The fun does not stop there and prizes will be given to the best-dressed true classic ‘rockers’ and the Indaba Hotel & Spa in Fourways, has graciously sponsored a romantic weekend away for the best-dressed couple among other fabulous raffle prizes. As part of the day, legendary radio host, Peter Wise, who has been physically disabled since birth will also provide a few words of wisdom on how to overcome physical and mental challenges.
