Burst pipe in the CBD causes outage
A burst pipe on the corner of Kruger and Church Street in the CBD has caused 15 buildings including the municipal building to be without water.
The Mogale City Water Services want to inform the community of a burst water pipe on the corner of Kruger and Church Street in the CBD
A statement by Mogale City Local Municipality said they regret to notify affected businesses operating in the CBD of a burst pipe opposite the BP Service Station on the corner of the aforementioned streets.
“A team of artisans that have been on site since early this morning had to temporarily suspend the water supply to make way for the necessary inspections and repair work. These suspensions affect 15 buildings, the immediate surrounds as well as the municipal building.”
The estimated time for completion of the work is 16:00.
