Reservoir levels filling up but water restrictions still in place
Although water levels are recovering the community is still urged to use water sparingly.
The Mogale City Local Municipality released a statement thanking the community for doing their part to help save water over the past weekend.
In a statement from Mogale City Water Services, they said that although water levels are recovering they remain unstable.
“We therefore continue to urge consumers to use water sparingly by restricting consumption to essential use, for storage levels to fully recover.”
